Dating Abuse 101: Teen Workshop on Healthy Relationships, Consent, and Abuse Prevention
Healthy Relationships Start with Awareness and Self-Worth
Dating Abuse 101 is a foundational workshop that introduces Spokane-area youth to the core concepts of dating abuse prevention, healthy relationships, and personal empowerment. This co-ed course, designed for ages 13 to 24, offers a brief but impactful overview of our Take a Stand program—ideal for schools, youth groups, or community organizations looking to spark important conversations.
Taught in a safe, peer-supported environment, the course helps participants recognize their value, understand respectful relationship dynamics, and build leadership skills that create lasting change.
