Another successful Train the Trainer Bootcamp in the books! Last weekend, six fabulous ladies joined us at the Kalispel Golf & Country Club for our second training event of the year.
Our 2-day REDFLAG training aims to prepare individuals to teach the 7-week REDFLAG curriculum and inspire them to combat dating abuse in their own communities. Following the training, we provide ongoing support and technical assistance to our trainers, so they have what they need to replicate our training wherever they might live.
This is what’s so special about our train the trainer model. It positions us to expand our dating abuse curriculum to more neighborhoods, cities, and even across borders! Our trainers find themselves in classrooms as well as community- and faith-based settings.
